Comprised of three office towers and a premium housing tower, located in the heart of Guadalajara’s financial district, it houses commercial areas, offices and hotels.
The design and architectural project, carried out by SMA – Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, places it as one of the mixed-use developments promoting the new contemporary architectural scene in Jalisco.
The façade is an urban sculpture created by artist Jorge Méndez Blake called “Lenguaje desmantelado” (Dismantled Language), made up of 2,300 concrete panels. The lattice surrounds the four sides of the building, separating the commercial and public area from the private office area.
The 3-level commercial area has a terrace for events, a gastronomic corridor and the Pannarama Social Hub that fuses gastronomy, local talent and nightlife with multi-award winning restaurants, pieces of art and a very unique architectural proposal in a sophisticated, exclusive and eclectic environment.
