(hereafter GRUPO FAVIER) is an anonymous variable stock corporation legally constituted in the Mexican Republic, with the address on Americas Ave 1905 12 floor, Colonia Aldrete, Guadalajara, Jalisco, and that as responsible of the personal information our clients provide our corporation with, declares that your information is and will be treated confidentially.

The personal information provided will be used for the following:

• a) To know your opinions, suggestions, and comments regarding your experience with our Commercial Developments for the improvement of our services.
• b) To know the information that on a free, voluntary, and unilateral basis you desire to share through the “Contact” section.
• c) To forward sales, offers, and general information that allow us to communicate information about our products, services, and activities (for marketing, commercial research, or advertising purposes).
